By working together through counseling, I can help you build on your strengths to find creative solutions. We want to further our understanding about specific patterns in your life that continue the whirlwind of chaos, and then learn new tools or approaches to better navigate these challenges. Counseling helps you build insight that provides a safe base from which you can engage your experiences in the future. As this change arises, we are free to embody ourselves more deeply and to align our daily lives, intentions, choices, commitments.
Individual counseling sessions last between 45-50 minutes and cost $135 per session. I offer reduced fees for first responders, military, and their families. Sessions occur on average once every week or two weeks. Based on your goals and treatment needs, therapy and counseling can be as brief as 8-10 sessions or can be longer-term over a year or two.
Courage does not always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, "I will try again tomorrow."
